In spite of Cheryl's lifetime physical hardships of gamma globulin anemia and hearing loss she acquired a love of
education and music and excelled in them. Cheryl was a brilliant student and graduated Summa Cum Laude in college. The scholarship named in her honor is to support students who have overcome physical hardships and have a demonstrated love of education.Scholarships are provided to graduating high school seniors. Preference will be given to students with hearing or other physical impairments financial need and students from Windsor Colorado; Conroe Texas; and Wilkinson County Mississippi. To maintain the scholarship the recipient must maintain a minimum 2.0 overall GPA each semester. At the end of eachsemester the recipient will provide the Foundation with an official transcript and proof of full-time enrollment for the next semester.
