Applicants must be undergraduate or college students accepted to or enrolled in a program in or related to transportation, engineering or planning. Undergraduate students must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours. Applicants must also exhibit strong leadership abilities and be dedicated to service of the community. Selection is based on demonstrated leadership and community service commitment as well as the overall strength of the application.
