Some companies talk about the importance of getting a good education: Servco does something about it by encouraging Hawaii's young people by offering four-year college scholarships to pursue an undergraduate degree in Business or related area at any accredited four-year college or university.
The Fukunaga Scholarship Foundation (FSF) was founded in 1950. Every year, over $160,000 in scholarships is given to students in the State of Hawaii. Each undergraduate scholarship is in the amount of $16,000 over four years (or a prorated amount over fewer years). Over its 65-year history, the Foundation has helped support over 400 students.
The Foundation awards scholarships to the most deserving applicants on the basis of academic standing, leadership ability, commitment to pursue a degree in Business, and financial need. We currently have 40 students in our scholarship program.
